Kelsea Ballerini Helps Fan Announce Her Pregnancy and Due Date in Sweet Moment at Tulsa Concert

Ballerini’s tour continues through April 13

One fan had an extra special time at Kelsea Ballerini‘s latest show.

During the country star’s April 5 tour stop at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Okla., she paused the performance to help one concertgoer announce her pregnancy and due date in an especially sweet moment.

Midway through the show, Ballerini took the fan’s phone and filmed a TikTok video on stage, saying to the camera, “Hello, my name is Kelsea Ballerini, and I’m here to tell you that Maddy’s pregnant!”

The crowd erupted into cheers, and the “Cowboys Cry Too” artist added, “She’s due in November!”

In the caption of the TikTok video, Maddy wrote, “When @Kelsea Ballerini announces your first pregnancy!!! Is this real life? How do i go back to a normal life now.”

She later posted another video and added of the Grammy-nominated singer, “@Kelsea Ballerini deserves the world. She is truly the best person for the spotlight. Even her fans create a safe space and the whole concert experience was literally a dream.”

Ballerini’s next show is April 8 at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, S.C., and the tour continues through April 13 at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario.

The tour has been full of touching moments with fans. During a February show at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C., Ballerini spotted a young boy holding a sign with a note about how he’s been bullied for liking her music.

“I guarantee you every single person in here has had someone say something to them that has hurt their feelings,” she told him, according to a TikTok video at the time. “And I promise you, also, the person that’s saying mean things, it’s coming from a place of insecurity. I promise, I promise.”

Ballerini continued, “They don’t know what they don’t like about themselves, and so they’re projecting it onto you — that’s a big word, I know. I’ve been in so much therapy. But it doesn’t make it fair, and it doesn’t make it right, and I’m really sorry that anyone’s ever said anything mean to you.”

“That’s not okay,” she added. “But you’re okay. You’re more than okay. Are you having a good time? That’s all I care about.”
