Holding a Doctor of Medicine degree and currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Aayushnova is recognized not only as a healthcare provider, but as a champion of human-centered medicine. She represents a progressive medical mindset—one that places public health at the core, values sustainable healthcare, and embraces global knowledge.
The title of Miss Nepal Intercontinental 2024 is not merely the pinnacle of a beauty journey—it serves as a powerful platform for Aayushnova to bring medicine, environmental advocacy, and education closer to the public. Balancing striking beauty with purposeful action, she continues to pursue Aesthetic Medicine at the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and holds a certificate from Harvard Medical School. Her journey affirms the image of a woman who is educated, idealistic, and truly influential.
Where intellect is nurtured and culture is shared
Instead of chasing fleeting spotlights, Aayushnova took bold action by establishing a non-profit organic rice farm to promote sustainable agriculture and protect food security in Nepal. This courageous initiative reflects her deep commitment to the spirit of COP27 and meaningful climate change solutions.
While many see foreign languages as mere tools, Aayushnova views them as languages of trust. Fluent in Bangla and currently learning Arabic and German, she has become a true “cultural unlocker”, building bridges between communities through communication and cross-cultural understanding. It’s no coincidence that she was once honored as Nepal’s youngest subtitler and interpreter, recognized for her contributions in narrowing the gap in multimedia communication.

Participating in United Nations meetings, COP conferences, and the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), and holding consultative status with ECOSOC through NEO Nepal, Aayushnova has brought the voice of youth to the world’s major policy tables. She engages not only with professional expertise but also with a humanitarian perspective—where people and nature are not opposed, but together build a sustainable future.
Her role as an Invisalign ambassador and animal rights advocate goes beyond mere brand representation. It stands as a declaration of confidence, kindness, and social responsibility. Every activity and appearance she makes demonstrates that a beauty title truly holds value only when paired with concrete actions for the community.
GSFW – Honorary remark in the journey of connecting the world
Taking place in December 2025 in Hanoi, GSFW is expected not only to become an annual event but also to serve as a catalyst ushering in a new era of global fashion development—where young creativity is driven by professionalism, global vision, and sustainability.
GSFW 2025 brings together an impressive scale with over 150 young designers representing 30 prestigious fashion academies and schools, alongside the participation of 999 Global Ambassadors, 900 professional dancers, and more than 6,000 international guests. More than just a stage of lights and catwalks, GSFW is a liberating space where new ideas are cherished, cultural diversity is celebrated, and fashion becomes a universal language connecting humanity.
